Triana Lavey is a passionate talent manager with experience on many sides of television production and social media. She has been a lively part of the entertainment industry for nearly twenty years.
After a brief career as a stand up comic and comedy writer – including a memorable appearance in front of the camera on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno – Lavey transitioned into production. For several years she cast and developed talent for many of the most popular reality television programs, Lavey partnered with top-tier production companies, including Core Media Group, 51 Minds, and Fremantle, on programs that have aired on NBC, VH1, Showtime, TLC, and Bravo, This experience naturally led her to talent management.
Since 2014, as President of Lennon Management, Lavey has been helping to develop the careers of several of today's brightest social media influencers. Her ability to recognize unique talent and connect them to relevant multi-channel marketing opportunities makes her a invaluable advocate for her clients, but it's Lavey's relentless determination that makes her one of the industry's top producers.
In 2015, Lavey launched her own company, Lavey Management, and continues to manage the careers of some of social media's top influencers.
